If you're a new student of mine, please fill out this form after booking your lesson(s) so that I can learn a bit about you ahead of time.

Lessons will be £X for an hour, and I ask that payment is sent at least 48 hours prior to our schedule lesson(s) to confirm our appointment; if the cost is prohibitive, please send me a message and we'll see what we can make work.

All lessons will meet online (unless otherwise requested, on a case-by-case basis) and a link/location will be sent to you once the booking is complete. If you need to reschedule or cancel your lesson after submitting, I thank you in advance for at least 48 hours' notice!
