TEACHING

"Clare has been a close colleague for the last 13 years, and has continually shown herself to be not only an exceptional musician and top-shelf arranger and composer, but a dedicated and caring teacher, always seeking to get the best from her students.  Her approach to education, I think, stems from her love of music itself, and a belief that music is essential, vital, and a source of joy.  She teaches, writes and performs not from a place of ego, but of love for the craft, and this passion is an inspiration for both her students and her bandmates." Kevin Fox, Formerly The Swingles

"Clare inspired a roomful of nervous singing workshop partcipants to step forward and improvise! Her encouragement and musicianship brought out creativity and confidence in people they never knew they had in them. That is her gift." Anna Tabush, Founder of SingFest
